We’ll be needing to collect some personal details in order to transfer the pups microchip and pedigree into your name, as well as sign you up for the complimentary pet insurance.

We certainly treat all your info with care. If you are hesitant about providing personal details here, please email us all these details, or we can also do it the old fashioned way with a paper version when you visit.

The process of transferring a pup into your name means you’ll receive emails from Dogs and Cats Online, the Australasian Animal Registry, plus Dogs SA. Then there’s Black Hawk pet care who’ll let you know we passed on your details for the puppy pack you received, and finally, PetCover for the insurance. All these may end up in your Junk folder, so keep an eye out.

All the info we ask below is what we need to complete the transfer, we aren’t asking any questions to be sticky-beaks, yes, even YOUR date of birth is needed for the microchip transfer!
